Real Core Group (RealCore PTY) is a Panama City–based enterprise technology firm and an authorized reseller of P4 Software in Panamá. The company centers each engagement on understanding the client's operation first, then implementing the warehouse, accounting, and customs tools that fit those processes rather than pushing software for its own sake. RealCore delivers implementation, training, and ongoing technical support in both Spanish and English, helping local businesses move from manual workflows to integrated, real-time systems.

How Real Core Group works with P4 Software

As a P4 partner since 2022, RealCore offers a connected suite across three products. LogisticaHQ is the warehouse management system (WMS) they deploy for inventory control, location tracking, receiving, picking, and real-time movement monitoring across distribution centers. CifraHQ serves as the ERP for accounting, invoicing, and finance, configured for Panamanian fiscal and tax compliance so operational and financial data stay aligned. aduanasHQ supports import and export operations, handling the customs and trade-compliance side of cross-border movement. Because the three products share data, RealCore can tie warehouse activity, accounting, and customs into a single operational picture.
